Methadone is a prescription drug, and is part of a group of drugs known as opioids. Opioids interact with opioid receptors in the brain and elicit a range of responses within the body; from feelings of pain relief, to relaxation, pleasure and contentment.Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
Methadone is taken as a replacement for heroin and other opioids as part of treatment for dependence on these drugs. Replacing a drug of dependence with a prescribed drug in this way is known as pharmacotherapy. You can buy methadone from online dealers under several street names. Online vendors sell cheap, ship discretely, and are affordable.Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
The USA is a very important market for the commercialisation of methadone. As well as improving wellbeing by preventing physical withdrawal, pharmacotherapy helps to stabilise the lives of people who are dependent on heroin and other opioids, and to reduce the harms related to drug use. Methadone is also used to relieve pain following heart attacks, trauma and surgery.Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
How is it used?
The Victorian pharmacotherapy program uses the syrup form of methadone. There are 2 brands of this liquid: Methadone Syrup® and Biodone Forte®.3 Generally, there are 2 types of methadone programs:Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
- Maintenance (long-term programs): May last for months or years, and aim to reduce the harms associated with drug use and improve quality of life.
- Withdrawal (short-term detoxification programs): Run for approximately 5-14 days and aim to ease the discomfort of stopping the use of heroin.
For pain relief methadone is administered through an injection or tablets.
How effective is it?
Methadone treatment is more likely to be successful if it is part of a comprehensive treatment program, which addresses the body, mind and environment in which heroin has been used.Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
For example, treatment may include a combination of methadone, counselling, alternative therapies and the development of a positive support network of peers, friends and a support group.5Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
Methadone maintenance may not work for everyone, so it is important to work with a doctor or drug counsellor to find the best approach.
Advantages of methadone maintenance over heroin use
- Using methadone on its own is unlikely to result in an overdose.
- Methadone maintenance keeps the person stable while they make positive changes in their life.
- Health problems are reduced or avoided, especially those related to injecting, such as HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C viruses, skin infections and vein problems.
- Doses are required only once a day, sometimes even less often, because methadone’s effects are long lasting.
- Methadone is much cheaper than heroin.5
Effects of methadone
There is no safe level of drug use. Use of any drug always carries some risk – even medications can produce unwanted side effects. It’s important to be careful when taking any type of drug.
Methadone affects everyone differently, based on:
- size, weight and health
- the amount taken.
The effects of methadone last much longer than the effects of heroin. A single dose lasts for about 24 hours, whereas a dose of heroin may only last for a couple of hours.6
People with pre-existing impaired liver function (due to conditions such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C or prolonged alcohol use) may require careful monitoring while receiving methadone treatment.7
Side effects
The most common side effects of methadone are:
- sweating (drink at least 2 litres of water each day to prevent dehydration)
- difficulty passing urine
- loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting
- abdominal cramps
- constipation
- aching muscles and joints
- irregular periods
- low sex drive
- rashes and itching
- lethargy, mental clouding and confusion.7
Dose-related effects
Some people on methadone programs will experience unwanted symptoms during their treatment due to their dosage not being right for them. This occurs particularly at the beginning of treatment.7Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
If the dose is too low, the following symptoms may be experienced:
- runny nose
- yawning
- high temperature but feeling cold and sweating with goosebumps
- irritability and aggression
- loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting
- abdominal cramps and diarrhoea
- tremors, muscle spasms and jerking
- back and joint aches
- cravings for the drug they were dependant on.
Overdose
Moreover, If the dose is too high, the following symptoms may be experienced. Call an ambulance straight away by dialling triple zero (000) if you have any of these symptoms (ambulance officers don’t need to involve the police):Buy Methadone online in australia and new zealand
- depressed breathing, stupor or coma due to accumulation of the drug
- severe constipation with obstruction of the bowel, or inability to pass urine
- marked allergic reaction, with swelling of the face, lips, tongue and throat, wheezy breathing or tight chest
- intense red rash with itching or hives
- collapse.
Long-term effects
However, Methadone in its pure form will not cause damage to the major organs of the body. Prolonged use of methadone will not cause any physical damage.
Withdrawal
Methadone withdrawal develops more slowly and is less intense than withdrawal from heroin. Withdrawal symptoms are similar to those listed under ‘Dose-related effects’ under ‘too low’ dose. Equally, most of these effects will begin within 1 to 3 days after the last dose and will peak around the 6th day, but can last longer.
This medication is used to treat severe ongoing pain (such as due to cancer). Methadone belongs to a class of drugs known as opioid (narcotic) analgesics. So, it works in the brain to change how your body feels and responds to pain. Do not use this medication to relieve pain that is mild or that will go away in a few days (such as pain from surgery). This medication is not for occasional (“as needed”) use. It helps prevent withdrawal symptoms caused by stopping other opioids. Buy Methadone 10mg Online For Sale

In 1995, I was a hardcore heroin addict. I decided to get on Methadone. I never used pills or cocaine. Methadone saved my life. I have been clean now for about 17 years. I am still on Methadone, but I have accepted the fact that I may be on it for the rest of my life. Methadone has afforded me the opportunity to have 16 years on my job, buying my home, and have had a pretty decent life. I get 28 take-homes, and I can actually live my life. I thank GOD.

I’ve been on the medication Dolophine for 18-20 years now. My dosage is 20mg twice a day. While taking the methadone, I’m able to function normally and walk without much pain from severe nerve damage. Now my health care provider and numerous other pain management clinics are refusing to dispense it anymore! They keep informing me that my regular dose is “way too high” and dangerous to prescribe anymore! It’s interesting how those same physicians and health care providers didn’t mind handing it out for all that time! Now they want me off of it with no “reasonable” alternatives

I spent years on pain meds and found myself always in the same cycle. After a while, I would need a dose increase because it wasn’t working anymore. I have 5 small children, 3 of which are 12-month triplets that my husband and I conceived naturally and completely unexpectedly. I couldn’t drive the kids to their school or go to the grocery store without constant fear that if I were ever in an accident while on the pain meds, I would never forgive myself and be in a lot of legal trouble. I switched to methadone for pain almost 3 years ago. You never need a dose increase, and you can drive on it. I find that taking my methadone in the morning and not having to worry about anything else for pain all day is really amazing considering I have my hands full.

Methadone was very effective and I stopped using heroin and taking pills once I got on the program, but I found it hard to get off because it became the biggest part of my lifestyle. Everything revolved around picking up my methadone. I felt anxious to travel too far from my clinic. It did get me out of the house though when I otherwise would have had zero motivation. 15 years after being on the methadone program, I decided I wanted to be free of all addictions and quit smoking marijuana and cigarettes, then tapered off my methadone dose over a 2-year period. It would have been sooner if I didn’t fall pregnant. In my experience, it was so easy to come off, and I believe it was all due to God in my life. He made it easy on me. After 15 years on pretty high doses, I expected some withdrawals, but besides a bit of restless legs and some nightmares, I had no other withdrawal. I now feel like I never even had past addictions.

I’m 61 years old. Nam veteran who was injured in combat. I’m a pro musician who has released 12 LPs and had to stop touring when I had a motorcycle accident 16 years ago, breaking my neck and back in several places. Since then, I’ve also had 2 heart attacks and 23 heart surgeries. I had two major surgeries, but both failed. I was miserable and couldn’t strap on my guitar, so my career was over. I’ve been on disability for 16 years. Luckily, music was good to me, so money is no worry. I had many doctors who tried to make me a customer vs a patient. The key to all pain management is to make life tolerable! I left those doctors and got one who knew his craft. I take 10 mg of methadone and have 15 mg of MSIR for breakthrough. I’m never pain-free, but I can play again. Don’t dig a hole you can’t get out of!

Ok, I was dependent on pain pills and other illegal narcotics. The other pain pills were working pretty good, to be honest, but they caused euphoria, and when it causes euphoria, you chase that euphoria, and I would run out of my script WAY too early and had to go out in the streets for more pain pills or other illegal narcotics. I discussed this with my doctor, he put me on 40mg of methadone, 2x a day, and I finally got my life back on track. You feel good every day on methadone, without raising your dose, like other pain pills. I can honestly say, methadone definitely saved my life. Thank you Methadone for saving me, my family, and my faith. Methadone is definitely a lifesaver!

I’ve been on methadone for a year now. I have a fast metabolism, so I get dosed twice daily. People think the higher you go, the harder it is to get off, well, not for me. I’m on 100 mg in the morning and 70 mg 8 hours later. It saved my life. It helped my anxiety and chronic pain. I decided to go cold turkey 15 days ago, and I haven’t experienced any withdrawals or side effects. I have a strong faith in God, and if it weren’t for Him, I don’t think I could have done it.

I have several conditions that cause me to take pain meds. In 1999, the doctors didn’t have a problem prescribing OxyContin. When one doctor put me on 80 mg a day, I said no more. I went to another clinic and asked if I could try methadone. I started with 20 mg three times a day. The new doctor now says he has to wean me down to 30 mg a day, but if it takes a year, he said he’ll do it slowly. Cutting you off cold turkey can cause a lawsuit if you die. I don’t think three times a day will help my pain. If not, I will come off it. But it is the best for pain, for me. I refuse to go back to any other drug. So, yes, the only way to fight back is to write, call, and get your voice heard. We are being ignored for our pain. I have notified everyone but the CDC, they are next! Go to your capital, make noise, or we are not going to have any pain management, period! Thank you.

I decided to go into pain management because my pain was to the point that I couldn’t even go to the grocery store anymore. Walking was too painful. After about 3 years of OxyContin, my doctor put me on methadone. The initial reason was because of the high cost of OxyContin. Methadone was MUCH cheaper and as I soon found out, MUCH better. I began to feel normal again. No more highs and lows. It is very difficult to get off of. Because of government regulation changes, I had to experience that. I’m now on 240 mg of morphine a day plus oxycodone. It doesn’t compare to methadone. If the government had to live with the pain a lot of us are in, they would gladly approve methadone and encourage doctors to do what they went to medical school for.

Excellent! I have used high dose methadone for severe chronic pain treatment. I love the relief level after long-term use. Maintaining unimpaired cognitive function (no ‘high’), no compromised respiratory function, no compromise of GI tract (nausea, constipation), no withdrawal effects, even with sudden total stoppage of the med. I have used for ten (10) years after three (3) on high dose sustained-release oxycodone (OxyContin). I suffered severe multi-traumatic injuries from an explosion and four-story fall in 1999 after nineteen (19) years as a professional Firefighter/Paramedic and have experienced severe chronic pain since regaining consciousness. Methadone should be the front line go-to medicine for more patients by physicians

I am a firefighter/emt. I hurt my back on the job 8 years ago and became an addict. I never did drugs as a kid or an adult. That blue pill had me spending every dime I had because if not, I could not work or have a normal life. So many years in pain and addicted then I got methadone. Methadone saved my life and job, which helps me save lives.

After being discharged from the Army for a gunshot wound in 1969 in Vietnam, the V.A. put me on every pain med known to man because, back then, the V.A. only used Methadone for Heroin addiction. No pain medication stopped my pain. I was ready to put a gun to my head and pull the trigger. A friend told me about a Doctor who prescribed him Methadone for Pain so I decided to go to him. He put me on 45mg of methadone a day. After all these years, I am now on 80mg a day and NO more pain. This Drug saved my life because I had already decided I was not going to live a life in Pain. Methadone is the best for severe pain and a lifesaver.

I was referred to the methadone clinic 4 weeks after a brutal surgery because my attending doctor refused to give me a refill of Percocet 10 mg. Instead, he sent me there while my face, head, and jaw were bolted together and wired shut for pain management. What I did not know was that I was walking into a death trap. They started me out on 40 mg, which put me on a dose of pain medication higher than all pain medication and stronger than heroin. The worst part is you can’t take it as needed, you have to take it all at once, so your body has no choice but to get used to that dose and have to go up. Now, 12 years later, I still can’t get off this drug. It is my worst nightmare, and all the people at those clinics do is want you to go up and up. It’s the government supplying people with an addiction that you can’t get rid of, and they are making billions at other people’s miseries and laughing to the bank.

I’ve been fighting the pain management battle for about 6 years now, and I can finally say that I might have finally won. Just really don’t understand why doctors waste people’s time with anything else for actual chronic pain. Methadone is a godsend! If anyone is reading this and is in pain, do yourself and your family a favor and find a doctor that will prescribe this for you.

10 years ago I went into septic shock after a minor procedure on my knee. The infection was so bad and traveled up and down my leg that a very extensive debridement was done. My leg was saved, however, I was left with horrible neurological pain, bone pain, and muscle pain. After 2 years of Percocet (3-10 mg/day) which did nothing except to leave me on my bed watching the clock till I could take the next one. Finally, my Dr. convinced me to give long-lasting methadone a chance. It saved my life. I was on 60-70 mg a day. Over the past 8 years, I have titrated back to 10 mg per day which has been way too much. I need 20-30 mg a day to be at a comfortable level of pain. For me, methadone is the best pain relief without feeling drugged at all.

Methadone is a lifesaver. It gives me that freedom to get through the day with the pain that I have. It is better than any other pain killer out there, hands down. I don’t have to worry about needing more or cravings like other painkillers.

This is a great medication for chronic pain, but please give it time to work. The first couple of weeks, it gave me insane headaches and mild nausea, forcing my pain management doctor to give me Fioricet for the headaches. However, after about a full month on methadone, the headaches subsided with using the Fioricet, and the pain relief is amazing. I was using OxyContin 30mg twice a day and Oxycodone IR 20mg three times a day as needed for breakthrough pain. When I began seeing my new pain doctor (insurance purposes), she really pushed the methadone on me hard, so I gave in. Huge difference!!! She wrote me Methadone 10mg every 6 hours as needed, and it lasts longer than the Oxy, which only lasted 3-4 hours at most, but be careful, the methadone is WAY stronger.

I have suffered from chronic pain for several years. I have a significant case of Degenerative Disc Disease, Spinal Stenosis, a bulging disc pressing against nerves, a lot of nerve damage, three bad discs in neck, Osteoarthritis in both knees (possible surgery on both per MRI and Orthopaedic Surgeon), and Fibromyalgia. Like many others, I have been on almost everything from OxyContin, Oxycodone, MS Contin, Dilaudid, Opana ER, Nucynta, Fentanyl Patches, etc. My doctor mentioned Methadone a few times, and I declined. I finally said yes, and I’m so glad I did. I take 10 mg 3 times a day. I may ask if I can take it 4 times a day, and I think it will be great.

I have been in pain management for 9 years. My oral morphine was 60 mg 3 times daily and had become insufficient. I was switched to methadone 30 mg daily. It is a wonderful analgesic and I don’t seem to need more of it over time. Not becoming tolerant to the analgesic effect seems to be unique to this class of analgesics, and that is a godsend to those of us that need chronic pain control. Also, it is inexpensive – who knew! Grateful

I was very afraid to try methadone to detox from opiates at first, but thank God I went ahead and did. I love waking up, taking a dose, and spending the rest of my day doing positive things. No more cravings for oxy’s, spending every penny I had looking all day for yet another pill. I feel like there is hope now. If you are living the life of a pill addict, methadone may be for you.

I have severe recurring headaches which have plagued me since I suffered a head injury as a child. I tried almost everything under the sun to stop the pain, and nothing seemed to work very well. Some of these medicines almost put me 6 feet under as well! I had a severe cardiac reaction to sumatriptan, and the worst part was that triptans don’t do anything for my headaches as far as relieving them. Some of the opiates I tried did work to varying degrees, but finally my doctor switched me over from Soma and 60mg codeine sulfate tabs, with 4mg Dilaudid tabs for breakthrough pain, to 10 mg methadone, 2 tablets, 3 times daily coupled with 10mg cyclobenzaprine tablets (Flexeril) 3 times daily. It works quite well without any side effects to speak of.

Suffered with back pain since 1984 after 3 operations. Also, have had severe headaches since 1967. Some meds work on back pain, but nothing ever helped my headaches until I found methadone. Now, no medicine has offered more relief than methadone for more than 40 years.

For 10+ years, I’ve been on many different pain medications and still had severe pain to where I could not function on a daily basis, it was horrible. Finally, after a year of different new meds and my prescription costs of $400 for a 30-day supply for one tablet a day! Insurance wouldn’t pay, and I certainly couldn’t afford it, and my insurance still refuses to pay for any chronic pain medication. My pain doc talked to insurance and said they would pay for methadone but nothing else! I was leery at first about going on methadone, but let me tell you I’m so very happy I did. I take 10 mg three times a day, and I finally have a life I can manage, unlike before! I say it’s my miracle medicine because I am able to do things instead of being bedridden!

I was diagnosed with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic hip pain along with a severe case of plantar fasciitis (the least of my problems) when I was about a month pregnant. I came clean with my new Dr, telling him I had been self-medicating with pain medicines since I was 14 and in a car accident. No Dr would help me because I was so young. Well, not this time. My Dr realized that if he didn’t find some way to help me it could be bad, so he instantly prescribed me methadone. It was safe in pregnancy with the right dose… it was a Godsend. My quality of life was back to 100%, it even helps with depression, I believe. Best pain medicine I have ever been given.

I find this to be the best and most affordable pain medicine on the market. I live with chronic pain from four abdominal surgeries for endometriosis and several broken/shattered bones in my wrist and foot since I have osteoporosis, as well as a torn rotator cuff injury now. I take 2-3 of the 10 mg tablets a day, which makes me a little tired some days and causes problems with constipation since I have loads of adhesions from stomach surgeries. That adds to the constipation, too, but I can live a normal life now, and I thank God that my doctor prescribes it for my pain, as some doctors would rather have me take eight Percocets a day or have more surgery, and they don’t help half as much as the 2-3 methadone tablets I take as needed. They are also so cheap in price compared to other drugs.

This medication works better on bone pain than any other pain medication I have ever taken. The big plus is it does not fog my brain. It makes life as good as it gets when you have to have pain medication in order to function.

I have been in and out of methadone treatment for the past 4 years, but I can say it does work if you taper slowly and try not to go too high in dose. I have successfully tapered from 80 mgs down to 2 mgs and was able to stop withdrawal-free, so tapering does work. The important thing is to not start using again when you get to lower doses because you will get high again, and you will relapse. At high doses, methadone blocks other opiates, so you won’t get high, and there is no point. But as you get lower, you will be able to get high, so just don’t use and you will be withdrawal-free.

I broke my neck at cervical levels C-5, 6, & 7 in 1994. I had tried everything (RX’s) from codeine to fentanyl patch to everything else associated with chronic pain and nerve damage. Morphine made me sick ever so often, but when I started on a methadone pain RX program, I was relieved from many of the severe, chronic, and constant pain symptoms. It has been an excellent pain relief prescription for my condition since 1995. I hope that anyone who has severe, chronic, and constant pain symptoms try it.

I broke my back over 15 years ago. I went from Darvocet to morphine. Everything that I tried lasted for short periods of time. Finally, after almost ten years, I found methadone. I feel that I am no longer trapped inside my body. I feel like I’ve been given my life back. I’m no longer at risk of damaging my body from the side effects of the previous meds. I take it once daily, and it works wonders. I feel like a new person. I finally feel normal again.

I have to say… the best thing for me. I’ve been on most kinds of pain medication because of back surgery, and methadone has saved my life. I take 80 mg a day. The government is making it harder to get, the pharmacy doesn’t want to fill large amounts. I don’t get high on the drug, but it helps tremendously with chronic pain. I am 68 years old and a liver transplant recipient. Been on it for 6 years. Constipation isn’t a problem for me, it may have been at first, but my body has adjusted. Much better than morphine, dilaudid, or oxycontin. And cheaper by far.

I was a heavy opiate and heroin user from my teenage years until my 30s. After trying many inpatient and outpatient programs, I still couldn’t stop using heroin. It got to the point my veins were useless, and I was wasting dope trying to put it in myself, so I tried the methadone program. At first, I was still using heroin with the methadone, but after awhile, I was able to let the heroin go. I have now been on 125 mg of methadone for 30 years. It has turned my life around. I started my own business. I raised a son, and I’m able to save money instead of being broke all the time. I doubt I’ll ever get off the methadone, but that’s okay. It hasn’t caused me any physical or mental problems at all.

This is the VERY best pain medicine I have tried. I had so many issues finding a doc to help with my pain, and they never gave enough to totally control the pain, so I was constantly going out finding supplements to add to my scripted pain medicines. Ever since methadone, I have needed nothing except some morphine for breakthrough pain.

I’ve been on methadone for over 27 years, and all I can say is that Methadose saved my life. If not for the clinic I go to, I probably wouldn’t be writing this opinion right now. This medication has helped me to lead a normal life after 15 years of addiction.

Not sure why most of you taking this drug are having a problem getting it. I have nonremissive rheumatoid arthritis, and the doctors in this field do not appear to be bound by the restraints or hang-ups that others have. I hope that this gives you hope, as this is a great drug for pain that lasts a long time.
